Je leert eerst het alfabet lezen en schrijven en vervolgens hoe woorden zijn opgebouwd. Je leert ook het Wylie transliteratiesysteem om het Tibetaanse schrift om te zetten in het Romeins schrift, zodat je online woordenboeken kunt gebruiken.
